In ancient traditions, the llama was considered a symbol of strength, perseverance, confidence, and communication - add the word 'creativity' and that describes our team. Event Llama has a combined experience of over 40 years in organising and managing charitable events and fundraising activities, making us the ideal option for planning any charitable event.

Event Llama was created in order to support the third sector and charitable organisations to design events and generate new streams of funding. Our clients find our balanced approach the best solution to lighten their load and manage the demands of their events, bringing an element of lightness and something unexpected whenever possible.

Our aim at Event Llama is to offer a service that makes the process of planning and delivery of  events and activities to raise awareness and increase funds for a charitable organisation, simpler, easier, and more enjoyable. We take the stress out of event planning by offering a service that is designed to ensure minimal stress is encountered.

At Event Llama, we aren’t just event planners, we are also passionate about charity work, and finding unique and quirky ways to create events that are tasteful and fun, but with a unique twist.
